Cons:When they ruin a shirt, good luck on getting it replaced.
Overall:They offer an overnight service and pick up from your work to deliver back the next day. This is fine as a normal service as long as nothing goes wrong. After putting in 5 shirts to be done, I received back a number of them with brown stains over them. When I rang them about it, they said that their machine had broken down and the machine did that to them. So they tried to get them out by cleaning again, but two of the shirts could not be fixed. So they said that they would put in a claim for shirts to be replaced. That was 14 months ago and I have to call every week to ask them about it and they say that they are working on it. Very unreliable and the service has proven to be terrible.
