    Pros:

Friendly staff and when booking in, they take into consideration your specific circumstance and how critical or not it may be.

    Cons:

There is usually a couple of weeks wait time depending on your circumstances but if you keep them updated on any developments they are accomodating.

    Overall:

We had a staff member from Brisbane South help us and she was fantastic in assessing my father. She was very patient, respectful and considerate of varying family members opinions about the sensitive and difficult decision to move a family member into aged care. Once she did the assessment, she explained fully the implications and recommendations with me which put us more at ease.
