    Pros:

    Good action throughout the movie.

    Cons:

Predictable outcome which waters down the impact of the ending.

    Overall:

After losing his father at a young age, Andre Davis (Chadwick Boseman) has followed his footsteps into the force but has a reputation of issues with a history of being trigger happy. He is called on to catch 2 cop killers who are on the loose after a botched robbery. After closing the 21 Bridges to the island of Manhattan, Andre has until 5am to catch the criminals not just before they are gone for good, but before any other member of the police force enacts revenge for the killings.

Andre is partnered with narcotics detective Frankie Burns (Sienna Miller) who is a single mother herself and wants to make sure to get these 2 criminals so she can make it back safely to her daughter. She portrays the tough cop life well without the usual weaknesses a partner is given in this type of film.

What plays out is a perfect scenario for fast paced action through the island with a huge man hunt while the sub plot of a more sinister story unfolds. The action sequences are great to watch from the gun fights to the car chases and getaway scenes. Most characters in the film are what you see is what you get and at times can be predictable. This waters down the twist in the movie but this is just the way that it was written. Certain scenes could have been held out which would have proven to be more impactful at the end and less expected, but overall it is a good action movie and a different type of character for Chadwick Boseman to bring to life outside of his Marvel commitments.
