    Pros:

Great mesh of comedy actors, Australia's Rose Byrne is especially funny and Zac Efron's many shirtless scenes would make this a must see movie for any teenage girl!

    Cons:

Storyline is predictable but still amusing.

    Overall:

This is a funny movie from start to finish! With Seth Rogen and Rose Byrne playing fairly new parents struggling to keep up the night-life spark of their pre-parenting days, next door arrives too much spark in Zac Efron and his fraternity crew. The hilarious outcome is the parents trying to stay cool whilst still keeping their sanity and being responsible parents. The war between the neighbours is on! It's a funny, cheeky comedy that is worth the watch!
