    Pros:

Quick reading (took me 1.5 hours), cheap price (under $8 AUD), useful for people who have experienced loss and those who want to be there for them.

    Cons:

It's only a short read on key points and covers lots of scenarios quickly so if you're needing more help then you'd probably still need to try some other more in depth books.

    Overall:

An extended family member gave me this book when I lost my mother. I found it really good to help me understand that the emotions I was going through are normal and helps prepare you for what may still come. It's substance is very true and covers many different scenarios and their different affects on people.

For those that don't know how to help or talk to someone who has suffered loss (for fear of saying/doing something wrong), this has a specific section with good advice on what you can do. I would recommend this book for anyone who has suffered loss and those who wish to help them through this really tough time.
