Breville ikon Froojie Juice Fountain has a unique soft fruit disc that purees soft fruits like bananas, mangoes and berries to make dessert coulis, or to mix with fresh juice to make dairy free smoothies. A 25% larger feed tube makes juicing faster and easier than ever and a patented juicing system extracts more juice and nutrients from fruits and vegetables. 5 speeds, an LCD display, automatic pulp ejection, and an easy clean design.

Written on 1 January 2013 Member since 31 December 2012Pros:- the variable speed control for different fruit / vegetables makes you feel in control (instructions are included)
- the large capacity jug and pulp container means you can juice more at once
- the froojie disk allows you to puree soft fruits like bananas and stawberries
- the large chute and titanium blades mean you don't have to cut the fruit / vegetables into smaller pieces - apples go in whole
Cons:- whilst it is easy to clean and assemble (if you wash it straight away, I don't know how easy it would be if you left it till later and all the bits dried hard) it does take a bit of time to clean all the parts. It also takes up a fair bit of bench space if you leave all of the parts to air dry after cleaning.
Overall:I am very happy with this juicer and am glad I spent the extra $ for this model. The bigger capacity allows me to easily juice over a litre at a time, which I can then store in the fridge. Because I'm only using it every few days, instead of every day I don't mind the time and space it takes to clean it.
